Has anyone seen where a user creates an entry into the Resource database, and clicks save it shows it there until you hit refresh and than it disappears. It only does it on one Room though, and I myself am able to create the entry even though we both have the same rights to the database.

I’m going to make an assumption here that you’re using this database is for depositing documents… assuming that to be the case, have you given your users depositer level permissions? and on another thought… are you sure that the user and you have the same permissions? If they are a member of a group that has less rights than their individual permissions in the dB ACL, Notes will take the more restrictive view of their permissions. and… one final thought… are you changing the form name after the document is saved? Might there be a view selection issue with the form used in the view selection? Hope one of these helps jog something for you.Regards,
