Enabling "Don't warn me whenever mail encryption fails..."

Hi,is there a way to disable this option automatically, maybe via Policy or notes.ini setting, or wherever? I don´t know where this checkbox stores its value, so any hints appreciated.

Subject: Enabling “Don’t warn me whenever mail encryption fails…”

The Notes.INI key you want to look for is:

MAIL_SKIP_NOKEY_DIALOG = 1 (selected) or 0 (not selected)
