Embedded View won't refresh after 2nd choice

I’m building a Room booking db. Right now I have a form where the user can check off which room they want and it will display a calendar view for that room.

The problem I’m having is if I were to uncheck the one room and check another the embedded view doesn’t refresh. Instead it just leaves a grey screen with View: “Room name”, the views work only the first time.

After the user checks off this room they want in the OnChange I have this:

Dim workspace As New NotesUIWorkspace

Dim uidoc As NotesUIDocument

Set uidoc = workspace.CurrentDocument

Call uidoc.Refresh

Which as mentioned works the first time, just not again afterwards.

Any ideas?

How have you set up the embedded view?

Is it a “show single category…” one based on the room name or is it a “based on formula” one using the field where you choose the room name?

Is the room name field a “Radio button” or a “Check box”?

Actually I think I figured out the issue. Since I was building it I didn’t have views for a couple of the rooms. I built the views and I’m able to switch to all of them.
