Embedded view disappearred

I am a developer with an admin question. The admins I work with do not have a solution (a very inexperienced team).There is a group listed in a production DB ACL of which only 1 user cannot see the view containing the content. The user can see the left frame which contains the menu.

I had the user remove the bookmark/icon; close Notes; reopen & re-add the icon. The user is not listed in the database ACL.

The database sits on a non-mail server, but the user is in every similar groups as her colleagues who are not having the view problem.

Any suggestions on how to resolve the problem?

well… make sure the user id name matches the name in the groups.

Did it ever work?

please delete the icons (and replicas) off the users desktop, comptact the workspace, log out, delete the ‘cache.ndk’ file and log back in again. then add the icon back and see what happens.
