When deleting emails from any of the folders in email client i.e., inbox, drafts or sent. Why do the get stuck in all documents view? Is all documents a view or a folder?
I follow this process delete from inbox, empty from trash, compact email client, but documents still remain in all documents view, why?
I would be most appreciative if someone could tell me how to fix this!
Many thanks in advance.

I suspect that you are “removing from folder” as opposed to deleting the documents. To test this select the document in your inbox and click the delete key on your keyboard. If soft deletions are enabled it should just disappear and should be gone from all views and folders. If soft deletions are off then you will get an “x” next to the document in which case you just need to press the f9 key to remove it for good.

Thanks for your reply Rob. But it isn’t a problem with soft or hard delete.
The problem is that no matter how you delete the message it stays in All documents view when you delete it from a folder. And the only way to get rid of it from the ALL DOCUMENTS VIEW is to go and delete it for a second time. So just wondering if there is another setting some where that needs to be changed in order to delete the message out of the ALL DOCUMENTS VIEW while simultaneously removing it from the folder it came from?
