Emails disappears and re-downloads

We have users started experiencing disappearance and re-downloading emails again every time the email APP in iPhone 5S is opened.

It should just sync the changes but instead it clears everything and redownloads them again.

Things that been done so far but did not work:

Re-installed Lotus Traveler profile.

Erase and reset iPhone then re-installed Traveler profile.

Run fixup and update all views of the user database.

Deleted and re-authorized device on Lotus Traveler

Subject: Sounds like users are being reset

Resetting the user should force a resync like you describe, but it should be a one-time occurrence unless something has scheduled the command to run periodically. Probably best to open a PMR so we can investigate on that one, especially since it’s multiple users impacted.
