Email Usage Report

Currently using the StdReportsDatabase template to generate reports on Mail usage. Is there any way to change the default reports, I have been asked to generate a report of the top 65 notes users instead of top 25? Also will need to report on specific users.

I need exactly the same. Top 50 or Top 100 Mail users. Exclude some users from the report, …I checked a bit everywhere but didn’t find anything that might help. Looking at the mtstore.nsf directly might do the trick if you know how to programm within Domino…

If you find anything, i’m interested. (ps openntf doesn’t seem to have anything neither)

I will apreciate any opinion,

Hello,

if you need to do reporting on mail usage and this regularly, you can stop overheads & brainstorming …

There is third-party tool called OmniAnalyser that do reporting for Domino messaging systems and that analyses different logs as mtstore.nsf. Many options, filters are available …

You can have automatic hourly/daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reporting on:

  • Mail usage

  • SLAs

  • mail flows/volume

  • Mailboxes

  • Notes databases

  • Notes replication

  • Anti-virus

  • Messaging cost & billing

And you can monitor your domino servers, check and measure performance of the messaging system to end-user …

Reports, graphs & topology maps are good for high management as well for Admin & architects who want accurate and detailed data .

Reports provided can help for:

  • identifying bottlenecks

  • decreasing TCO of messaging

  • capacity planning

  • Cost & billing

  • e-mail compliance

And of course you can print easily results, publish them automatically and save them in many formats (Html, XML, etc.)

I am pretty sure you will love it.

Henry.

You might wanna take a look at DNA Network Analysis for Domino. I think it does exactly what you need.
