Email Printing problem in iNotes web access

Hi,when I try to print an email, the message does not word wrap properly.The Printer prints the first line and miss two three line than start second line.

I am using browser IE 5.5.I have also check the printer setting but printing problem is same.

I tried to print several different emails, and not always I met the problem.

can anybody help me about this problem.

is it a bug of iNotes web access?

Dear Umesh,

I am experiencing exactly the same problem with one of our customers.

They have rolled out iNotes Web Access company wide, running Lotus Domino 6.0.1CF1 on i-Series (formerly AS/400).

The problem seems to occur when receiving internet mail composed with Novell GroupWise by the sender.

If you have a solution for this issue, please let me know. I’ll post my solution here if I find any.
