Hi All,
When my web clients delete email from OUT SIDE THE LAN, those are not getting deleted. Also they cannot send email.(It opens the new message window and when the send it, the envelop comes but the new message window does dont get closed). Actually the email does not deliver. Neither does it appear in the sent view.
But when they send & delete(Using DWA) within the LAN everything works fine.
What can be the issue? Could it be something to do with the firewall settings?
