When I send a message to an internet user and use an address book entry to address the message, when it arrives the user sees the email with formatting problems including the presence of [IMAGE] placeholders. I am a Notes 6.5.3 user, the recipient is Notes 6.5 at a different company. If I “brute-force” the recipient’s address (first.last@domain.com) and do not rely upon type-ahead or pick the address from a book, the message arrives looking fine. Any ideas?
