When we send email outside the office the receiver does not receive the email in the same format as sent (line breaks mainly). Is there a setting we are missing somewhere to fix that?

Mine is set to 1. My messages arrive close-to-but-not-exactly-the-same as sent when I send them to my wife’s Outlook Express client.
