We are using the EMC Email Extender product in conjunction with Notes 6.5.4, and we are getting periodic system freezes where users are not able to connect to the server. You can still access the console, but it seems to be related to the extender product. Once we remove extender, the problem goes away. EMC is dispatching their teams to assist, but I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this problem, and if so, what were the magic words you used to fix it. Thanks!

This one seems to be right in line with what you’re seeing.
Since it’s a third party tool, probably the only clarity will come from the product provider.

Doug, is there a way I can get in touch with the person who made that post and see if they ever found a resolution. I don’t want to have to reinvent the wheel if EMC provided a fix for them.
We have contacted them, but the repsonse has been less than forthcoming.

I only know of a few ways to reach posters:They have a LDD profile, it’s public, and contains an email address.
They have some other public presence (blog, website, Twitter account, etc) with contact information available.
Beyond that, you might try posting a public request to have the person contact you.
