Email Archive and Compliance Software

Hi, we are beginning to evaluate different email archiving/compliance software suites. We want to keep it in house so nothing hosted. We are probably open to an appliance or providing our own hardware. Has anybody worked with any of these companies that they can recommend? I have talked to ZipLip, but that’s about it. Any information you might have would be great! Thank you.

If you call your lotus sales rep I recall sometime last year having a discussion about a Domino tool that would keep a history for you.Are you working towards a sox compliance?

Hi. SOX is not an issue for us. We are trying to centralize our archiving, make it easier for users to search emails, attachments, etc. Also, HR likes to have a copy of everybody’s emails in case they need it. Until now, we’ve had to resotre multiple copies of user’s mailfiles when HR needs a copy from different dates. Thanks.

Have a look at ReduceMail Pro as well at http://avabiz.com. It only uses one technology and is much easier to support.

Did you find one to be better than others? Thanks.
