I have a user who creates a new memo, clicks the TO: field and browses to his personal address book for an address. Ex. Joe Doe. when he clicks send he gets a “no match” pop up window which says that the name is not in a directory. He clicks send anyway and he gets a delivery bounceback email.The address is to someone outside of the company. and it is a "email address " is not listed in Domino Directory message.
Now I understand why he is getting the “not listed” message however I do not understand why his email is not using the address in the Personal Address Book and he is getting the “no match” message pop up?
I see no problem with the way he enters the information in his PAB.
Is there anywhere else the configuration may be off?
