We want to change the default quota warning and quota error pop-ups in Lotus Notes. Is that possible ? We haven’t found it anywhere. Please help or just tell me it’s impossible

not sure about where to update the pop-up. I would gather it’s buried deep in a script library in the mail template. As for the warning and over quota reports check the server config doc, Router/SMTP > Advanced > Controls > Error Messages. There also may be a “Quota Report” form in the mail template where you can make changes. HTH
