Editable document

Hi, I need help regarding editable fields for a document that will be send to 5 to 6 user.

My question is:

Inside my form, i have some fields which are editable. And my intention now is when i send a form to another user, i wish to prevent the receiver to edit the document.

i have try to set the document editable status to false, but when i double click on the document the document become editable again.

Please do help. Thanx a million.

If you are storing the form that you send, then you can set a PostOpen and QueryModeChange events to disallow edit mode. If you’re not storing the form, then it’s just a regular memo and there isn’t a lot you can do.
