Hello.I have a Palm Zire with Hotsync 4.1. I keep my Calendar in Lotus Notes (v7) and my contact list in Organizer (v6). All I want to do is to synchronize my Notes Calendar and Organizer Contacts to the Palm. I have the versions of Easysync installed as indicated in the title.
The problem I’m having is that whenever I go through the install process, Easysync Pro and Easysync for Organizer “steal” eachother’s conduits and what I’m left with is conduits for one or the other but not both. I want to have BOTH conduits active. Which means I end up synching either the Calendar entries or the Contacts, but not both at the same time.
I’ve spent literally days and have tried multiple combinations of the install process to achieve what I want and still end up the same way. I’ve researched any and all web sites that discuss synching problems and have used some of their recommendations and still it was a nogo.
A few years ago, the process was working as I wanted it to but over the years, due to PC re-images and other unfortunate circumstances, I have been unable to get my synchs to work.
I was wondering if there is anyone the Lotus organization who knows these two products and can help make them work together. Alternately, if that doesn’t work, to suggest a way of exporting my Contacts list from Organizer to my Notes Address Book. Currently, the export/import functions for these two products don’t have a common file type.
