EasySync 4.2.2 - first synchronisation

I just installed Micorosft ActiveSync 3.8 and Lotus EasySync 4.2.2 to synchronize between a HP iPaq 4150 and Notes 6.5.2 Client. After connecting ActiveSync to the iPaq I wanted to synchronize with EasySync. But the first sync lasts on an on. It takes about 5-10 Minutes per document to sync.

Any ideas?

I haven’t heard of this particular issue, but there is a hotfix available for EasySync 4.2.2 that fixes a bunch of problems. It might be worth installing to see if it resolves your issue.
