EasySync 4.1 - Problems with Notes 6

Hi All,

I just did a search on the forum but could not find anything of any help.

I am having a problem with Easy Sync Pro 4.1 and Lotus Notes 6. I am using a Palm device. Any new entries made to the Palm which I then sync with Notes do not appear in my Calendar in Notes. No error messages. I am also using Palm Desktop (no problems with this).

Any information would be of great help.

I had to upgrade to Easy Sync Pro 4.2 to get everything to start working. After that I have not had any problems since.

Hi Steven, thanks for the information. Were you also running Palm DeskTop? I have heard from some people that Easy Sync will not function very well while running Palm Desktop?

Hi Donal,

Using EasySync 4.1 worked for me witha few tweaks. However, I went to 4.2 Pro and there are no problems.

I’ve also heard that running the Palm Desktop causes problems, but as I’ve never used it for anything other than the Notepad (scribbles), I couldn’t comment.
