I have a sales/marketing customer who is creating a mass E-mail broadcast that is going to internal customers …meaning they all have Notes 6.0.
The message contains a lot of HTML but the HTML that they have created to “jump to” anchors within the document isn’t working since it’s hard-coded to refer to spots within the ‘original’ sender’s mailbox.
My inclination is to change this HTML to some type of Notes formula since anchors within Email may not be the right answer. Does anyone know a way to use formula to accomplish similar functionality?

It seems like you’re on the right track. Look at the code for the links that point to the anchors, and chances are they’re hard-coded. These need to be made relative so they will point to the current document and not a specific url. What html is being generated for the links and for the anchor tag?

I would like to avoid HTML altogether - do you happen to know a method to accomplish the same thing using formula? The trick is the document will be in view mode when the email user is reading it, so the standard “Edit” mode formula tricks won’t work!
