Easiest way to connect an external LDAP-Directory?

Hi group

I have the following case:

  • A new Domino Web Application (Phone Directory)

  • A central company LDAP-Directory

  • This Domino Application should search entries in the central directory

Question: What’s the easiest way to connet this directory form the Application?

Is it really necessary to bind the central directory over a DA (Directory Assistance) to the Domino Server?

Yes, DA allows you to access directories other than your primary.
