E-mail shows in fat client, blank in web client

I have an issue where an outside e-mail from a specific person displays fine in the 6.5.1 fat client, yet comes up blank in the web client.

Mail file template is at 6.5.1.

Ideas?

The same kind of thing has happened with certain messages I have received. It seems to be down to the complex way certain HTML messages are forwarded. When you use the iNotes client you are displaying these HTML items within iNotes own HTML code, and sometimes the two don’t get along.

I’d expect that you could “fix” this by storing all messages in Notes format (setting in the Person document). However, that may not be the fix you are looking for.

we have the same issue with 6.5.2 mail template. seems that it’s not corrected in 6.5.2.

so we also looking for a fix, other than setting the mail format to notes richtext…
