where in dwa.ntf I find settings so after refreshing mailfile design all user will:- have newest email on top of inbox view (or all views)

  • newly added address to personal address book has always (by default) internet format in opposite to Lotus Notes

I don’t think there is a setting to get the inbox sorted in descending order (even if I agree with you entirely, that ascending sorting is very irritating). I have changed the design in the mail template, but I guess you then have to do this for all users, which might or might not be possible / desirable.

I don’t know whether there is a setting for your 2nd question.
