The new mail notification for Domino Web Access doesn’t seem to be working for us. I recall in v6 the inbox page would refresh and there would be a new mail popup. In v7 the inbox never seems to refresh and there’s never any popup. For example, I have the preference set to check for new mail every 5 minutes, but 15 minutes after sending myself a message, nothing happened. When I manually refreshed the inbox, the new message was there. What could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

We have a few users who are also having this problem. It seems to only be their mail files because mine works on my machine but theirs does not.
