HiAfter upgrading from domino 6.5.4 to 7.0.1FP1 I have a problem with some users that they can not open attachments with the .doc extension in DWA7 via IE.
It doesn’t matter if I keep the mail file in 6.5.4 or 7.0.1, the problem is the same!!
I have read about the 7.0.1. Problem in some attachments that have a # sign in file name or whatever and the problem is been solved in 7.0.2 but in my case the attachment file name does not have any sign!
The error that comes in IE is ”the file can not be download from the server ".
I have no problem in fire fox but I can not force the people to use fire fox.
Anybody have the same problem and what Lotus can say to this problem??
