DWA - Password Recovery

I have a Domino installation with 99% of users accessing using Domino Web Access 6.

Problem is that these users forget their passwords yet they also want to use DOLS.

I have implemented password recovery but the DWA clients do not submit updated is to the recovery database.

  1. How can I force these clients to send password recovery information?

  2. How would a user enable password recovery in case of password failure?

  3. How would a user know which administrator to contact for a recovery password.
