Some time ago, we installed the free sametime licence, but realise we don’t need it.
I have tried everything to remove it, but whenever we try to log in to a database via the browser, the login accepts the login and password, but then comes straight back to the same screen with no error message. I am guessing this is something to do with Sametime.
I have commented out all sametime references in the notes.ini on the server, removed the sametime option from the server doc and removed the domcfg.nsf record, but no luck.
Any ideas?
Secondly, setting OOO on dwa (never tried this before) does not seem to work - it accepts the change, but ooo does not get set.
There are many factors which may cause double login prompt such as SSO setting, session based login, access levels to databases if multiple databases involved, directory structure of databases, realm setting and much more…
So might need to do some analysis on following cases:
If your Out Of Office agent is not working, open user’s mail box in Designer. See who is signer of the agent named OutOfOffice. Check if the signing user has agent execution privileges on server. Also check shedule of this agent.
