This issue is only affecting users who have new mail set to show up at the bottom (the default?). If this is flipped to show new mail at the top, the duplicate disappears. Switch back, it reappears

I’ve so far been unable to replicate this issue outside of the affected users on their workstations.Changing the view to have new mail show at the top gets rid of the issue as does running the basic client. Neither of these are acceptable as any thing more than a short term workaround though.

Refreshed design
Replaced design
Purged inbox view index, rebuilt
deleted inbox folder, purged index, refreshed design (and rebuilt index)
All no joy

add the following lines to <DATA_DIR>\workspace.config\rcpinstall.properties (for example: C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace.config\rcpinstall.properties) file:
com.ibm.csi.level=FINEST

Restart the client, reproduce the problem and share the following logs with us:
zip up the <DATA_DIR>\workspace\logs directory (for example: C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\logs directory)
Subject: Exact opposite for me
My user has new messages to appear at the top… in which the latest msg. is duplicated at the bottom. When they switch to the default of showing new messages at the bottom it’s no longer an issue and everything seems fine. Only a temporary work around. I’ve also tried all the suggested methods mentioned in this thread.
