I am in need of some help – We are getting ready to upgrade cisco unity – ducs and domino – I have a question – Which upgrade comes first – the domino or the ducs ? When our ducs was intially done – we had so many issues with it – Now I don’t want to loose what has been fixed? I also need to know when you upgrade the domino server – it asks if you want to upgrade the templates? What do you tell it – when using ducs? We haven’t touched this since the ducs issues have been worked out so we are behind.
