We’ve installed DUCS unified messaging and we don’t want the messages we leave for people to go into the trash folder. Does anyone know if we can stop this from happening? Having them go into the trash takes up space and we have soft deletes turned on so they stay for 48 hours. I’ve tried a rule but that doesn’t work since it goes directly to the trash folder. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
