i have a domino 6.5 server with ducs 1.2 installed on a 2000 server. cisco unity is on a windows 2000 server box. i’ve given all rights needed as per the documentation, names.nsf, admin4.nsf, mail files etc. i’ve created the groups and a cisco unity user. however when attempting to retrieve voice mail on the unity box it says "unable to connect sochet error, then the name of the server. i can ping the domino server from the unity server and open mail files on the unity server. on the domino server the log file does not list errors in fact is says cisco unity accessing databases without problem. the voice mail does say you have email but it then says “your email can’t be accesses at this time.” the log on the cisco unity box in event viewer seems to point to incorrect installation of ducs, but no errors in notes log for ducs, and ducs is running as a server on the domino box. any suggestions grealy appreciated.
