In Notes.ini on server have the following:DST=1 (This indicates it’s observed)
Timezone=X (I have 6 to specifiy CST)
DSTLaw=3, 2, 1, 11, 1, 1
I have V5R4 of the O/S on my iSeries and 7.0.2 (FP1) and hot fix for iNotes.
Without the 3 settings above I would have time issues on the client.
I thing I noticed is my client notes.ini would get updated with the DSTLaw parm from the server notes.ini. I don’t understand that (and it’s not to be there), but everything seems to be working fine.
I have my client O/S (XP Pro) patched properly for DST and I have my location preferences set to use TZ on local computer.
