Daylight Saving Time (DST) 2007: Date/Time entries for previous years are adjusted by change to new DST rules
From your Notes client, or from Domino web applications, including DWA, you notice that date/time entries in years previous to 2007 have been shifted once you updated your Microsoft Windows operating system to the new Daylight Saving Time (DST) rules for 2007. Why does this occur?

I don’t like the answer but I really appreciate knowing that the phenomenon is real, why it happened, and knowing that there’s not much we can do down in the trenches.
Many thanks for your efforts to get this document published!
I only became aware of the problem because of a direct email from Michael to me.
I’ll take credit for being more annoying, err persistant, on this one!
Either way - your help is much appreciated. I cannot imagine getting this kind of service from another product forum. The fact that IBM staffers hang here and provide answers is pretty much unique in the world of user forums. You folks rock!
