Just wanted to verify if I understand the DST changes that will be needed on the Notes client side…my environment is 6.5.x and using Sametime through the client…Will I need to update the JRE 1.3.1 by running the JTZU utility on all of my 2000 clients???

No - you do not need to run JTZU. You do need to update Windows XP, though.
