DST changes applied yet fail in iNotes entries viewed in Notes

We patched the OS on one of our servers plus followed the IBM technotes to deal with DST. Everything looked good until we created a calendar entry in iNotes (which looked fine) and viewed it in the Notes client. It was still off by an hour. Document properties show correct timezone info.

Any ideas?
