DST Agents Issues

I am currently testing the Agents supplied from Lotus to correct the calendar entries that are going to be affected from the new changes to the DST. After running that agents and installing the OS patch on my client, all entries appear correctly, but when I try and open any instance of a repeating meeting, I get an error ‘Entry not found in index’. Clicking ‘ok’ on the error opens the document, but would like to know why this happens and how to correct it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris

For starters, make sure you’re running the most recent copy of the agent. I think the latest is 4.0.2.7

I’m running the most current ‘Update_Timezones (admin) 4.0.2.7.lss’… And I’m not searching for a date/time, I’m just trying to open a calendar entry in the view, so I can see the meeting details. Again it’s only repeating meetings.

Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? We’re having the same problem.

Long shot:

I’ve noticed problems related to DST when I seach for dates. Perhaps your “not found in index” is similar? It’s looking for a date-time but not finding it because it’s one hour off?

Perhaps an obvious question, but can you confirm that the error message did not appear before the agent ran?

Were these documents logged the agent’s log to have a problem?

Additionally, do the document properties indicate in the agent ran and processed these documents (presence and value of the $TimeZoneAgent field)?
