I have a user that will drag a subfolder to the top level folder making it a normal folder. But when the user closes his mail client, and the re-opens it is back to being a subfolder. Now if you use the actions - folder options - move it works without any problems. Anyone know what is going on? And can this be stopped from users dragging and dropping folders.
