I have a user who is manipulating attachments in his e-mails, creating new memos and dragging attachments from other messages into the new one. The file attachments are all different types and sizes. There does not seem to be a pattern as far as that goes. We have contacted Lotus, they suggested clearing the temp folder, and making sure the config points to the correct location for temp files - did that. Plenty of hard drive space, defragged, ran virus scan, removed all spyware, no effect, Notes still crashes.
We have submitted numerous NSD files to Lotus for analysis, and have received no feedback from them.
So… anyone have any clues as to what could be happening? Anyone have a similar situation?
We are planning an upgrade of all our users to R6, and have been told that this problem is a show-stopper - we cannot proceed with the upgrade until we find the solution. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
