Doubt in duplicate entries in aview

I do have a form which can be access through web as well as Notes.

When I try to create a document through web instead of one, two documents are created, but in Notes it is working perfectly…

Went through many suggestion is this discussion forum, but could’t get the problem solved…

Currently I am Saving the document as doc.save(True,true)

But i have tried with all the combination of Save parameters…

Don’t have any code in the “post Save” ,Query Close sections…

But i do feel that sometimes it is even creating 3 documents with the same info…

No replication is happening as per my knowledge…

You need to use different forms for Web and Notes, though the design is same, but can have same name and uncheck the design property(web or Notes accordingly) so that only one form can be accessed/used depending on web or notes by domino server.

Oh!! whether that is a must?I thought it is not amdatory to use a separate form.The db that I am talking about is a customisd version of the default Notes database called “tDoc”, they are using the same forms in web as well as Notes.
