Don't Insert Signature in Reply or Reply with History - Possible?

Is it possible to stop the signature being inserted into a Reply and a Reply with History? We only want signatures to be automatically inserted when a New Memo is created.

Sure – edit the design of the mail file and disable that function for those forms.
