Hi,
What came out when you tried the different workarounds posted in the forum?
Guess the subject has been raised several times.

I have tried this and some more suggestion with no success
-
Users should, at a minimum, be using IE version 6
-
In IE, Tools → Internet Options → Temporary Internet files → Settings → View Object
a) Delete iNotes6 class (Will be recreated the next time user logs into Web Access).
b) Also – Check for Java Runtime Environment in the View Objects List and verify that it is not listed as “Damaged” – if damaged, reinstall Java from www.java.com
c) Restart IE
- In IE, Tools → Internet Options → Advanced Under HTTP 1.1 settings, uncheck Use HTTP 1.1
Restart IE
-
In IE, Tools → Internet Options → Advanced Under the Security section “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” should NOT be checked. Restart IE
-
In IE, Tools → Privacy and Security settings should be set to Default
Subject: resolved-Domino Web Access Warning-Invalid or nonexistent document
I have found the following solution in the forum itself. This solution could resolve the problem.
Be sure that you have a recent backup of the user’s mail database before trying these steps. These steps will walk you through a double-replace design of the user’s mail database.
-
Make sure that no other users are accessing the database
-
Create a temporary folder to move the contents of the inbox into (do not name the folder Inbox so there will be no conflicts)
-
Copy and paste the messages from the Inbox into that folder (Ctrl-A with the focus in the Inbox, edit, copy and then edit, paste into the new folder)
-
Do a replace design of the mail database with the Discussion Template (File, Database, Replace Design, and choose “Discussion - Notes & Web” as the
template)
-
Close out the of database and open it again - be forewarned, it will now have the appearance of a Discussion database
-
Do a replace design again, this time with the mail template (File, Database, Replace Design, and choose Domino Web Access as the template).
-
Close out of the database and open it again - you will see that the database now looks like a mail database, but the Inbox is empty
-
Copy and paste the messages from the folder back into the Inbox.

These may be of some help…
Scroll down the web page until you find the ‘Files in this Download’ section shown below, and select the msxml.msi file and install it. Then clear the cache, cookies, temp folders etc. and reboot the pc and test DWA again.
