I have 2 different servers.Both have Domino 6.5.1 IF1 and Lotus Team Workplace 6.5.1 (QuickPlace).
On one of the servers I have a problem with an error message
“Domino Web Access Warning, Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser’s menu.”
My users get this error message when they custom there “Welcome page”. Some get this message as soon they open the database.
I use the same browser IE 6.0.2800
Does anyone know where I can find a solution on this problem?

I had the same problem at 6.5 and was told by lotus the best way to resolve it was to move to 6.5.2 and then to 6.5.3 as soon as its released. I’ve moved 2 of our servers to this version and so far it seems to have sorted the problems.

I had the same problem. It was caused by inotes/forms6.nsf.
I installed in a different computer a new Domino Server and copied its iNotes\Form6.nsf to my mail server. If you try to do it, remember to stop the server before you replace the database.

I found that I didn’t have any problems with new users. From that i tried to find out what the differens was. I found that there is a profile document that is called “inotesprofile”. If I remove this profile document from the old mailfiles it works fine.
I created an agent that removed this profile document from all mailfiles. After this action I don’t get any problems when user customise there “Welcome page”.
