Domino Web Access Redirect fail to work

Hi all professionals,

I’ve followed the lotus administrative guide and official redbook to configure the DWA redirect database. However, the user cannot redirect to their mailbox after login.

Here are the server information:

DWA Redirect database:

Web Configuration database:

domcfg.nsf

mapping to form:

redirect.nsf

DWALogin

Server Document “Internet” field

Home URL: /redirect.nsf?OpenDatabase&Login

Please help !!!

Subject: Domino Web Access Redirect fail to work

In the server document on the Domino Directory, under Internet Protocols-Domino Web Engine-HTTP Sessions area, what do you have for Session authentication? If you have Multiple Servers (SSO) set, and you didn’t do all the SSO configurations, it will do that. If it’s only one server that you are trying it on, make sure that setting is Single Server. Restart the http process after making a change.

Any errors on user side? 404?Can user authenticate when opens redirect.nsf? Does it ask for a usersname/password?
