Domino Web Access Error -- Red X in Body

I have a user using IE7 on Windows Vista to access their e-mail. When they attempt to create an email there is a red X in the body. I have changed various settings in the browser but nothing has fixed the issue. I have search this forum but was unable to find anything that helped. Has anyone fixed this problem?

First of all, DWA isn’t supported on IE7 yet anyway: DWA compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

If you search the forum for the following, this has happened to others on DWA6: “red x” and inotes
