Domino stays on taskbar after being launched as service

Hi, I hope you can help me out. I have installed Domino R6 on a W2K Server and had it started as service. However, after logging in to W2K as admin, I see Domino running in window and in taskbar. This did not happen with the old installation. I would only like it to be visible in Processes in Task Manager, nowhere else.Please shed some light if you can.
