Domino Server Upgradation from 6.5 to 7.0

Hi,I need to Upgrade Domino Server from 6 version to 7 version. How to Upgrade and what type of precautions we need to take before upgradation after upgradation. This Server contains Applications (DBs). Please give me the brief discription.
