Hi,Every time we shut down the domino server the last thing we see in the console is:
“Database replicator shutdown”
From then on the console never closes and the server never shuts down normally.
These tasks are still running in the task manager:
naPrdMgr.exe
nlogasio.exe
nserver.exe
nservice.exe
Do you have any idea how we can fix this and how we know why the server is not shutting down properly?
Or where to look first?
We now have to kill the tasks en reboot the server.
Thank a lot for any help or tip
Vanessa

Do you manage to find a solution ?
We are facing the same problem. Most of the time our clustered server don’t shutdown. The only task runing is nserver.exe and this “naprdmgd.exe”…

what database is replicating? Is it the same one everytime? If it is, try fixup and updall on it, or delete it and pull a replica from a different server.
If you can’t narrow it down to a single database, run nsd.exe while the server is trying to shut down. You might be able to see in there, what it causing the problem.

I think the replicator shuts down normally since it’s not in the task manager at that moment… or am I wrong? The server is a clustered server.
Thanks for more tips & tricks
