The pre-requisites to follow the tutorial of Domino Rest-API are:

To run through this tutorial you will need the following:

An HCL Domino server.
The XPages ToDo application, put on the Domino server at ToDo.nsf. with an appropriate ACL.
    It is included in the XPages Extension Library release
A username and password that is in the KEEPAdmins group on the server.
Postman installed.

OpenNTF cleaned up a lot of URLs recently and it looks like extlib.openntf.org was removed. I’ll update the tutorial.
