For those who have the full HCL suite (Domino on Windows, Sametime on Docker, Domino Leap), will Domino Files be integrable in some way? Will it be installed separately on Docker, Windows, Linux, etc.? Or will we need to set up the entire Domino Workspace and use only the Files component?

As far as I understand it, Domino Files will also be integrated into CCB at some point.
My understanding, based on what I’ve heard, is that it will be an add-on installation for Domino with a server task running directly on the Domino server. But that’s my interpretation of what I’ve heard, so someone with actual knowledge of the details should probably confirm this.
If that’s correct, you wouldn’t need to install Domino Workspace, but you would need a CCB license. I unfortunately don’t know when this will happen, but I believe this is how it is planned.

We have only CCB license.
We use Domino and Domino Leap on server Win and I have a sametime server on Linux Docker.
We are interested in integrating a file-sharing and co-editing solution into Domino, but we need to understand how it can be integrated depending on whether the server is Windows, Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes.
There are plans to offer Domino Files for existing Domino customers in the context of the Domino CCB license.
Technical details with regards to supported platforms, deployment methods and integration options with Domino Leap are not yet available. Please stay tuned.
