Domino error message

The following error is recurring once per minute on our Domino server.

10/03/2008 05:18:01 PM Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Monitor Roaming User’s Replica Stubs request on Username. The replica of the database roaming/Username/bookmark.nsf has not been initialized by the replicator. Will try to process this request again at 10/03/2008 05:19:01 PM.

This is happening for 20 of the 100 users and none of the users are currently roaming. The group of users that show up in the error is growing.

Can someone please offer some insight into what is happening and how we can resolve it.

Subject: You have stubs on the server

It seems like the clients are not initiating replication for whatever reason. See if replication has been disabled for these databases and if not, kick it off manually.

We did a manual replication of the databases and a restart of the domino server and now all is well.
